Amendola, a 1968 graduate of Morris Harvey College, was a four-year letter winner for the Baseball program from 1965-1968.  A WVIAC All-Conference performer, Amendola was three times named Team MVP for the Golden Eagles.  He excelled in the batter's box for Morris Harvey, posting a career batting average of over .300.
