Robert called the Welch Athletic Complex home for four years, playing as a midfielder for UC Men's Soccer from 2009 to 2012. He is a three time All-American, two-time WVIAC Player of the Year, four-time First Team All-WVIAC, four-time First Team All-Region and WVIAC Freshman of the Year.
In his first year at Charleston, the Golden Eagles claimed the regular season and conference tournament title and advanced to the NCAA Elite 8. As a sophomore, Robert was named team captain and helped propel his team to three regular season championship titles, three conference tournament championship titles and an NCAA Sweet Sixteen appearance in 2010.
Robert graduated from the University of Charleston with a degree in Sports Information.
