Bring your insurance information (company, policy numbers) and emergency contact information. Try-out in plain dark shorts and a light colored shirt with cheerleading shoes. No jewelry or gum and hair pulled up. There will be a clinic on Wednesday and Thursday, April 17-18, 5:00-7:00 PM. Both the try-out and clinic are held in the Upper Gym in Eddie King Gym. The clinics are highly encouraged.
  1. Performances The squad cheers at football and women's and men's basketball games. Special performances may include pep rallies and other community and university events.
  1. $200 cheer team dues: this will include your shoes, practice gear, bows, sweatshirt…You need to provide short white socks and maroon boy briefs (for under your skirt). You will be provided a uniform, warm-ups, duffle bag, and pom pons.
  1. Fundraisers The squad participates in fundraisers. The plan is to host a youth cheerleading clinic before one of the home football games where the clinic participants will then cheer the first half of the football game on the sidelines.
