Edwards, a junior from Burlington, Ontario, went 2-0 in her matches this week after pairing with Silvana Slusarciuc to defeat West Liberty at No. 2 doubles then captured a 6-3, 6-3 singles win at No. 3 singles as the Golden Eagles were victorious against the Hilltoppers, 6-3, to claim the No. 2 seed heading into this week's MEC Women's Tennis Championship.
