Charleston, W.Va. - The Golden Eagles women's tennis team continue their hot streak, winning their third consecutive match against Mountain East Conference opponents.
Saturday's match saw the Rams from Shepherd University visit the Schoenbaum Courts in Kanawha City. Charleston would take all three doubles matches with the teams of Pena & Hensley, Edwards & Todd, and Caropino & Bakos all grabbing wins to jump out to an early 3-0 lead.
Charleston would continue their exceptional play in singles, taking five of the six singles matches in route to a 8-1 win over Shepherd and improving their record to 4-2 overall.
 The ladies will travel to WV Wesleyan tomorrow in hopes of running their win streak to four.
