Box Score Charleston, W.Va. - The University of Charleston Women's Soccer Program downed the visiting Blue Knights of Urbana by the score of 3-0 at Trace Fork fields. 

UC dominated the majority of possession and outshot Urbana 24-6 on the day.  Junior, Lauren Haven (Nassau, Bahamas) converted a penalty shot at the 17:50 mark after fellow teammate, Isabella Jaffin (Nescopeck, PA) was brought down in the box.  Isabella Jaffin would then assist freshman, Ivey Nucilli (Fairmont, WV), at the 23:12 mark to put the Golden Eagles up 2-0 at halftime. 

Just two minutes into the second half at the 47:37 mark, Nucilli played a perfectly placed ball through to senior Holly Bigg (Limehouse, Ontario) for the final goal of the match.  Urbana's keeper Taylor Gianangeli recorded 15 saves and UC keeper Zoe Zyta (Listowel, Ontario) recorded three saves. 

The Golden Eagles are back in action on Tuesday as they host Wheeling Jesuit with a 2pm kickoff.
