HUNTINGTON, W.Va. - The Golden Eagle women's tennis team played its way into Sunday's Mountain East Conference Women's Tennis Tournament Championship by defeating West Virginia Wesleyan 5-2. Â UC fell behind after doubles, but swept the four completed singles matches to claim the semifinal victory.
Charleston is set to face West Virginia State University in Sunday's final, looking to knock off the Jackets for the first time since the formation of the Mountain East Conference.
