CHARLESTON, W.Va. – The University of Charleston Golden Eagles (8-1) fought to a 6-3 victory over the Hilltoppers of West Liberty University.

HOW IT HAPPENED
The Hilltoppers took an early 1-0 lead after the first round of doubles. Slusarsiuc and Edwards claimed an 8-5 win in their match to tie it all up for the Golden Eagles. Uyttenhove and Dillon fell 9-7 to give WLU the 2-1 lead heading into singles play. 

The Golden Eagles closed out singles 5-1, and ending the match with a 6-3 victory.
