CHARLESTON, WV – The No. 1 ranked Golden Eagles (13-0, 9-0 MEC) took a 0-0 victory over Wheeling Jesuit (3-9-1, 1-8-0 MEC). Charleston's Ross Holland and Tam Dimairo tallied their first goals of the season in the win.

How it Happened
-In the 29
th minute Tam Dimairo scored his first goal of the season after converting from the PK spot to give Charleston the 1-0 lead.
-With just over four minutes left in the first half Will Roberts hit a ball from Guier past the keeper for the 2-0 UC lead.
-The teams went into the break with Charleston holding the 2-0 advantage. The Golden Eagles posted an 8-0 lead in shots on goal for the first half.
-Charleston increased their lead to 3-0 with a goal by sophomore midfielder, Ross Holland.
-In the 66th minute Will Roberts sent a well struck ball to the upper left corner of the net for the 4-0 UC lead.
-With 12 minutes to go, Ballestracci drove the ball the length of the field, played the ball across the net and found Freddie Tracey who finished the ball for the 5-0 UC lead.
-With just over four minutes to play in regulation, Freddie Tracey found the net for a second time. UC took the 6-0 victory over the Cardinals.
