CHARLESTON, W.Va. – The University of Charleston women's soccer team (3-3-4, 2-2-4 MEC) played 2 periods of overtime to a tie on Saturday afternoon with the Urbana Blue Knights (1-7-2, 1-6-2 MEC) on Wednesday afternoon.

How it Happened
-At the 28 minute mark in the first half of play Claire Couturier play a ball aross the face of the goal meeting Lyndsey Thompson who netted Charleston's first goal of the game.
-Charleston held their 1-0 lead for less that 10 minutes when Angie Kerth scored the first goal for the Blue Knights. 
-With the score tied 1-1 the two teams fought through the remainder of the second half and two overtime periods to end in a 1-1 draw.
