BRIDGEPORT, W.Va. -- The field and seedings have been set for the 2019 Mountain East Conference Women's Soccer Tournament.
The tournament features six teams with the top three from each division qualifying for the postseason. The division champions, Fairmont State in the North and Concord in the South, each earned first round byes.
Notre Dame earned the No. 2 seed in the North Division and will play host to No. 3 Urbana in the first round on Tuesday, Nov. 12, at 1 p.m. The two teams split their regular season matchups with Urbana winning 1-0 on Oct. 3, but Notre Dame winning 3-1 on the final day of the regular season.
The winner of that matchup will travel to South Division champion Concord on Friday, Nov. 15, at 1 p.m.
West Virginia Wesleyan earned the No. 2 seed in the South Division and will serve as the host to No. 3 Charleston on Tuesday, Nov. 12, at 1 p.m. The two teams each traded 1-0 wins during the regular season.
The advancing team between the Bobcats and Golden Eagles will take on Fairmont State on Friday, Nov. 15, at 7 p.m.
The championship will be played on Sunday, Nov. 17.
