ORLANDO, FL – The University of Charleston Women's Tennis team (8-2, 1-0 MEC) fell to the Lakers of Grand Valley State University (16-3, 8-1 GLIAC) on Tuesday night at the USTA Campus in Orlando by a score of 7-0.
 
The Lakers came away from doubles play, taking victories at 1 and 3. The pair of Singh and Simon took the lone victory at #2.


In singles, GVSU took the win at #1. Prinkle Singh and Haarini Balakrishnan took both of their opponents to a third game but fell at #2 and #3. The Lakers to wins at 4,5, and 6 to seal the victory.
