How it Happened
Sunny, 55 degrees, and the beautiful Welch Athletic Complex set the stage for the Sunday matchup between the visiting Yellow Jackets from American International College and the home Charleston Golden Eagles.

The first twenty-six minutes of the match were very back and forth with both teams having shots on goal, but the Golden Eagles struck first with an Alexis Ledoux goal in the 27
th minute. In the same 27
th minute, Sebastian Pavez tallied on another Golden Eagle Goal. Two goals within 55 seconds of each other was a massive momentum shifter for both teams.

Tacking on another Golden Eagle in the 34
th minute would come off the foot of Adrian Camacho, giving Charleston a 3-0 lead entering the locker room at halftime.

It was a quiet second half for both teams until the 86
th minute when Charleston's Alejandro Larrayoz headed for the posts to score an unassisted fourth goal for the Golden Eagles.

Shortly after the game would oame to a close as the No. 2-seeded Golden Eagles silenced the American International College Yellow Jackets in a 4-0 victory.

Alexis Ledoux, Sebastian Pavez, Adrian Camacho, and Alejandro Larrayoz were the goal scorers for the Golden Eagles. Alexis Ledoux, Emil Rasmussen, and Ploutarchos Alonefti each tallied an assist in the Charleston victory.
