CHARLESTON, W. Va. – The University of Charleston softball team continued their home stretch of the 2021 season with a split 8-2 loss, and 2-0 win over University of Findlay on Saturday afternoon at the University of Charleston Softball Complex. Danielle Bauer logged 4.2 innings in her start with Mahealani Haegele (2.1 inn.) coming in to relieve. Morgan Hoppe (7.0 inn.) rounded out the pitching for game two. The Golden Eagles were led by 12 strikeouts from Hoppe, and 9 hits overall for both games.
