HOW IT HAPPENED
The first half of the contest would end in a 0-0 tie. The Golden Eagles held possession most of the half and had plenty of goal scoring opportunities and would remain on the attack for most of the game. Charleston ended the half with a three shot to zero advantage.

The second half was much different for the Golden Eagles. Just ten minutes in the Golden Eagles would finally break through after Gabriel Rodriguez, fresh off a recent injury, would find the back of the net. Assisting Rodriguez was Duvan Canchilla.

Then in the 79th minute, the Golden Eagles would break through again this time off the food of Said Garcia. This dagger would be all UC would need to finish the contest and move to 6-1 on the year.

Goalkeeper Marc Torrado would record his fourth clean sheet of the year. The Golden Eagles out-shot the Bobcats 11-4.
