How it Happened:
The University of Charleston women's tennis team dropped 6-1 to division I opponent Eastern Michigan. AlexiAnn Drouin and Meggan William gained a win at the number 2 doubles line 6-4. Aida Montero won the lone singles point for the Golden Eagles at the #6 line. Montero defeated Asia Allen 7-5 6-2.
Orlando, Fl.- Charleston rallies back after a loss on Thursday night to defeat Davenport University Friday morning.

How it Happened:
The UC women's tennis team bounced back from their defeat v. Division I opponent Eastern Michigan to defeat Davenport 6-1. UC swept the doubles point to go 1-0 up in the match. Heading into singles, AlexiAnn defeated Isabella Carofano 6-1 6-2. Prinkle Singh would put the Golden Eagles up 3-0, with a win at the #1 line 6-2 6-2. It was Regina Saucedo who would gain the clinching point, defeating DU's Charlotte Zhuwakini 6-2 6-3.
Haarini Balakrishnaan's came back from a 5-2 deficit in the second set, to defeat her opponent 6-0 7-6 (4). In the final singles match of the day, Meggan William saved 5 match points in the super tiebreaker, on her way to defeat Vladislava Shumiova 6-4 4-6 13-11.
