The Golden Eagles jumped to a quick lead by sweeping Bears in all three doubles matches. The 3rd doubles duo of Barbara Balancho and Harriet Glaves finished first by a score of 6-1. The 2nd Doubles pair of Prinkle Singh and Alyssa Cameron provided the clinch doubles point with a 6-4 win.
The top of the singles line-up for Charleston made quick work of Lenoir Rhyne. Singh (#1), Krasikova (#2), and Cameron (#3) all won in straight sets. It was Cameron who provided the clinching point for Charleston. Later in the afternoon, it was Hondiashvili who notched the 5th point.
With the win, the team extends their Division IIÂ win streak to 8-0.
