How it Happened:
The game was a tight affair with Charleston edging the total shots statistic with seven to Tiffin's five. Charleston was in control for the majority of the first half with Joao Belmudes having two shots, sending one just over the bar in the 33rd minute.
Into the second half and Tiffin came out the livelier of the two sides. Nicolai Gundersen was forced into making two saves, the better of the two coming in the 72nd minute when he got down to his right hand side to tip a shot round the post. Belmudes had another two efforts in the second half but neither tested the Dragons' keeper, whilst Jack Kay was inches away from putting Charleston ahead but couldn't quite get the final touch needed to send the ball over the line following a mele in the Dragon's six yard area.
The score ended level at 0-0 and leaves the Golden Eagles with a record 0-0-1 following their opening game.
