  • Second Team All-MEC.
2019- JUNIOR (XC)
  • Second Team All-MEC.
  • PR at the Queens Royal XC meet, ran the 8k with a time of 25:47. 
  • MEC championships ran a time of 27:45 and placed 15th. 
  • Ran at the regional meet and finished 59th with a time of 33:25 in the 10k.
  • Ran a 33:06 time in the 10k at the national meet. 
 
2018- SOPHOMORE (XC)
  • Best 8k at Paul Short Invite 27:04.
  • Atlantic Region championship, finished 29th overall with a time of 36:29. 
  • Nationals ran the 10k in 35:51 and placed 190th. 
 
2017- FRESHMAN (XC)
  • Best 8k was at the Louisville Classic, he ran a time of 27:35. 
  • MEC championships placed 11th overall. 
  • Regional championships ran the 10k in 34:24 and finished 85th overall. 
 

2020- JUNIOR (TRACK)
  • MEC Indoor champion in the 5k.
  • PR in the 3k at the VMI meet with a time of 9:05.
  • MEC Indoor championships ran the 5k in 15:25 and placed 11th. 
 
2019- SOPHOMORE (TRACK)
  • Best 5k at Colonial relays with a time of 15:46.
  • MEC outdoor championships, ran the 10k in 32:59 and finished 4th overall.
  • Ran the 5k in 16:28 and finished 8th. 
  • Indoor, Fire Midwest Open, 5k in 15:46.

  • Best 5k at Duke Invitationals with a time of 16:00.
  • MEC Championships, 10k in 33:54 placed 6th.
