Chase Butler returns to Charleston for his second season leading the Tight Ends and Fullbacks. He will also continue his role as the Special Teams Coordinator.
Butler joined the Golden Eagles staff in the fall of 2016. Prior to arriving in Charleston, Butler served as the Quality Control staff member for Running Backs at Ohio University. During the 2014-2015 academic year, he served as the Quality Control coach at West Liberty University while earning one of two Master's degrees, receiving his second from OU in 2017.
Butler served as the Offensive and Defensive Line coach for Burgettstown High School from 2014 to 2015. During the 2008-2009 school year, he also served as the Offensive and Defensive line coach for Burgesttstown Middle School as well as the Running Backs and Linebackers coach for the High School.
Butler received his Bachelor's Degree from Bethany College in 2009.
