Jeremy De Hoog

Jeremy de Hoog is beginning his second season as a graduate assistant for the Golden Eagles men's soccer program. During his first season in the fall of 2018 the Golden Eagles finished with an 18-1-2 record, conceding only four goals on the season. The run came to an end during the NCAA Atlantic regional tournament in the round of 16. 

De Hoog joined the University of Charleston's men's soccer team coaching staff in August of 2018, after graduating from University of Rio Grande in May of 2017. Jeremy has his bachelors in Business Administration with a minor in Banking, and came to the United States by way of
Bergschenhoek, Netherlands.

Jeremy came to the U.S. to play college soccer at the University of Rio Grande. While at Rio Grande, Jeremy and the team won the 2015 NAIA National Championship, with Jeremy earning the Most Valuable Offensive Player, and All-Team National Tournament. While in America, Jeremy has spent quality time in the community as an assistant coach for the Hurricane Fire U14 and U16 teams and currently coaches for WVFC in Charleston. 


Jeremy will continue to be a part of the men’s soccer coaching staff as a graduate assistant as he pursues his Masters of Science in Strategic Leadership.
