Ej is entering his third season with the Golden Eagles.
In his first season, coached 9 MEC individual champions, 15 MEC Indoor All-Conference Performers, 24 MEC Outdoor All-Conference Performers and Broke 14 School Records. Daffin’s group scored 57/184.5 pts and 58/188 in route to helping the Men’s and Women’s team sweeping the MEC Indoor titles; as well as, 76/217 and 71/217.5 to Sweep the MEC Outdoor titles as well.
In the 22/23 season, coached 10 MEC Event Champions, 18 MEC Indoor All-Conference Performers, 31 MEC Outdoor All-Conference Performers and Broke 15 School Records. Daffin’s group scored 55.5/148.5 pts in route to a 2nd place finish at MEC Indoor Championships for the men and 73/183 in route to helping the Women’s team to their 2nd consecutive MEC Indoor title. In outdoor season the group scored 103.5/225 and 73/163 to Sweep the MEC Outdoor titles in Back to Back Years.
