    Assistant Coach

Adeoye Olumuyiwa (Ade) is in his first season with the Golden Eagles. Born in Nigeria, West Africa, he moved to England at the age of five and grew up in East London. Ade played non-league football in England while completing his undergraduate degree in Sport Studies and Psychology at Southampton Solent University. He competed until the age of 26, representing clubs such as Weymouth, Farnborough, Poole Town, and AFC Totton.

He later pursued an opportunity in Florida, moving to the Sunshine State as a student-athlete at Nova Southeastern University, where he played as a center-back for two years and completed his Master’s in Composition, Rhetoric, and Digital Media.

In his final year, Ade captained his college team and earned First Team All-Conference honors.

Following his playing career, Ade transitioned into coaching and is now serving as an assistant soccer coach here at UC. He is eager to continue developing as a coach while learning from Head Coach Daniel Smee and the rest of the Golden Eagles’ coaching staff.
