University of Charleston Athletics

Uriah Aili begins his first semester with the Athletic Communications department in the fall of 2025. Prior to this role, he interned with UW-Parkside’s Strategic Sport Marketing department.

Uriah is a four-time high school state champion, setting three state records in a single day. He competed in track and field and cross country at the NAIA, Division II, and Division I levels. During his collegiate career, he qualified for the NAIA National Championships and set school records at UW-Parkside in the mile (4:07), as well as in the 4x800 and DMR relays.

He continues his running journey as a professional runner sponsored by performance brand UltraK Vitamins.

Uriah holds a bachelor’s degree in Sport Management from UW-Parkside and an MBA from Queens University in Charlotte, NC. He is currently pursuing a second master’s degree in Strategic Leadership from the University of Charleston.
