GAFFNEY, SC - Limestone picked up the first of its two victories of the day with a 4-2 win over the University of Charleston. The Saints put up two runs in the first inning, but the Golden Eagles cut Limestone’s lead to one as they scored a run in the bottom of the frame. The Saints added another run in the third and seventh innings as the Golden Eagles only came up with one run in the sixth.

Shelby Webb recorded the win for Limestone as she pitched a complete game, allowing eight hits and two earned runs. Stefanie Rossman got the loss for UC.
