Golden Eagles Roll to Victory Over Bobcats

Buckhannon, W.Va. - The Golden Eagles' Women's Volleyball team took on West Virginia Wesleyan last night and defeated them in three sets.  The scores were 25-18, 25-13, and 25-21.

Freshman Mia Herrod led UC with 13 kills.  Jordan Wittekind and Randi Estrada both showed well with nine and eight kills, respectively. Melissa Reyes had 25 assists, while Shiann White earned eight kills and 13 digs.  McKensie Milam also cleaned up defensively, earning 16 digs. 
 
Wesleyan's Hannah King and Shannon Gregorek both performed, earning six kills each.

UC will be taking on Glenville, Friday at Glenville.  The next home match will be October 6, against West Virginia State University at Charleston Catholic Athletic Center.
