Charleston, W.Va. - The Golden Eagles recognized their three seniors,
Alice Broadbent (Tamworth, England),
Rebekah Warrington (Seaford, DE) and
Maria Camila Torres (Bogota, Colombia) prior to today's match against the visiting Mountain Lions of Concord University.
UC wasted no time getting on the board and scored three goals in the first ten minutes of the match. Junior
Adele Siegel (Kolsaas, Norway) recorded the first goal of the match in the 4
th minute when she intercepted a pass from the Concord keeper inside the 18. Sophomore
Marieke Kramer (Megchelen, Netherlands) slotted a ball through to Junior
Ivey Nucilli (Fairmont, WV) in the sixth minute for a one-time finish. The third goal came when Kramer received a ball from freshman
Cassandra Forster (Vaxholm, Sweden). Kramer drove past the outside back near the side of the 18 and buried a shot off the near post and in.

The game's final goal was converted when Kramer collected a loose ball and dribbled into open space to finish past the Concord keeper. The game would end 4-0. UC's junior keeper
Zoe Zyta (Listowel, Ontario) registered three saves and freshman keeper
Carol Burgess (Malvern, PA) logged some minutes in the net. Both Concord keepers, Emily Simpkins and Kaylee Taylor, conceded two goals apiece with Taylor registering two saves.

UC improves its record to 11-3-2 and returns to action at home on Wednesday when the Rams of Shepherd University come to Charleston for a 2pm kickoff.
