CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- The Golden Eagles hung seven goals on the Rams from Shepherd University on Saturday night at Schoenbaum Stadium, shutting out the visitors 7-0 in their final regular season home match.
Jermaine Windster notched a hat trick for Charleston in the blowout victory, while Felipe Antonio made the most of his limited with two goals on two shots. Â UC's Will Robers and Danilo Dias each provided a pair of assists and the nation's leader in assists, Patrick Guier, added one more to his total and chipped in a goal as well. Â Charleston outshot the Rams 33 to 2 on the evening with Paulo Pita earning his third shutout, making just one save.
UC closes out the regular season Saturday on the road at Wheeling Jesuit. Â First whistle is set for 3:30 p.m. in Wheeling.
