CHARLESTON, W.Va. –  The University of Charleston women's soccer team (5-6-4 4-5-4 MEC) scored a last second goal to lift the Golden Eagles over the Blue Knights ( 2-10-3, 2-9-3 MEC)

How it Happened
-After a scoreless first half Natalia Carvajal put the Golden Eagles up 1-0 with a goal in the 59th minute. 
-With less than eight minutes in regulation Mikayla Williams tied the game up 1-1 to send the game into overtime. 
-Five minutes into the first overtime period, Alana Mikulis played a ball across the box to find the head of Lyndsey Thompson who put the ball away to give the Golden Eagles the 2-1 victory.
