CHARLESTON, WV – The University of Charleston women's soccer team fell in their season opener to No. 4 Kutztown University of Thursday afternoon.

How it Happened
-At 21:13 Randi Smith took a shot at the six-yard line that bounced of the post. Smith finished the shot off the rebound to put the Golden Bears up 1-0.
-Kutztown outshot the Golden Eagles 16-0 throughout the game and held a 9-3 advantage on corner kicks.
