CHARLESTON, W.Va. – The University of Charleston women's soccer team (3-2-3, 2-2-3 MEC) fell to the No. 11 ranked West Virginia Wesleyan Bobcats (8-0-1, 7-1 MEC) on Wednesday afternoon.

How it Happened
-After a scoreless first half the Bobcats narrowly out-shot the Golden Eagles 5-2. The two teams returned to the field from the break and the Bobcats struck just two minutes into the second half with a goal by Audrey Barber.
-Charleston held WVWC to just one goal for the majority of the second half, but with just over 16 minutes to go in regulation, Amy Stewart found the goal for the Bobcats giving them their 2-0 lead and sealing their victory over the Golden Eagles.
