How it Happened
The game between the Golden Eagles and Golden Bears started off to an even start, ending the half 0-0, and each side with attempts at goal. Heading into the half, UC stayed strong until the 52:00 mark, when Kutztown's Emily Zwiercan slipped one past UC's Carol Burgess off a cross from KU teammate Kayla Argen. This loan goal put Kutztown up 1-0, not allowing the Golden Eagles to regain momentum, ending the game 1-0.
