• The Golden Eagles posted their first clean sheet of the 2019 season in their 4-0 victory on Sunday.
ABOUT BELLARMINE
• Charleston will be the first ranked opponent that the Knights will face this year.
• Bellarmine is off to a 2-0 start for the 2019 season, downing Ohio Dominican 2-0 on Thursday before a 3-1 defeat of Trevecca Nazarene on Saturday.
• Bellarmine was chosen by the Great Lakes Valley Conference's coaches as the preseason favorite to win the league. The Knights return the entire starting lineup coming off a 12-5-2 campaign in which they tied program records for overall wins and conference victories after going 9-3-1 in GLVC action.
• Bellarmine ended last season on a nine-game unbeaten streak, tying Maryville 2-2 in the GLVC Tournament finals in their final performance before the Saints won a penalty kick shootout.
