NASHVILLE, TN – Jack Manstandrea has been a strong asset to UC's Cross Country team and today he set a new record for the 8K with a time of 24:37.1. This time placed him in second overall behind Joshua Chepkesir from UNC Pembroke who had a time of 24:17.2.
Charleston had an overall outstanding performance, finishing in second with a score of 60 and only one point behind So.Indiana. Two other Golden Eagles who helped UC place second were Kyle Hinson and Alex Kitony. Hinson finished 6
th with a time of 25:11.6 and Kitony finished 11
th with a time of 25:39.3.
Stephen Korir placed 19
th with a time of 25:53.0 and David Cecchi placed 27
th with a time of 26:19.4
