HONOLULU, HI – The University of Charleston Golden Eagles, men's volleyball team will be making the long trip out to Honolulu to take on the University of Hawai'i.

UC enters this season having added 10 new players to their roster and are looking to improve their 9-20 overall record from the 2019 season. Head coach Mike Iandolo is entering his third year at the helm of Golden Eagle men's volleyball. 

This will be the first time that both of these schools have played each other. Hawai'i will most certainly be a hefty opponent as they were 28-3 just a season ago and went on to win the Big West also making an appearance in the NCAA DI men's volleyball championship game where they fell to Long Beach State three sets to one. Hawai'i has been ranked No. 1 nationally to begin the 2020 season. 

The first match is scheduled for Friday, Jan. 3 at 7:00 p.m. Hawaiian time with the second game scheduled for Saturday, Jan. 4 at 7:00 p.m. Hawaiian time.
