Elkins, W.Va- UC traveled to Elkins W. Va to take on the Davis and Elkins Senators. The Senators, entered the match 2-0 in conference play and would  go on to handily beat the Golden Eagles in straight sets.

How it Happened:
 
The Senators got off to an early lead in the first set by going on a 5-0 run. They would hold the momentum and take the set 25-10.
 
The second set was again taken easily by the Senators, who took the second set by a score of 25-17. A late run would give the momentum to the Senators who would finish off the Golden Eagles.
 
The final set was also taken by the Senators, who would go on to finish the match in straight sets after defeating Charleston 25-15.
 
Reagan Phillips had 9 kills to lead UC. Macie Magallon lead Davis and Elkins with 13 kills.
 
Up Next: UC will travel to Athens, W. Va on Tuesday, October 5 to take on the Concord Mountain Lions.
