CHARLESTON, W. Va. – The University of Charleston men's volleyball program fell in three straight sets to the George Mason Patriots on in EIVA action on Saturday night.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
George Mason took three straight sets from the Golden Eagles on Saturday night, though the Golden Eagles kept the game close with scores of 25-51, 25-22, and 25-22.
Marten Bartels led the way for the Golden Eagles with 12 points in the contest. The senior had eight kills and eight digs to lead the Charleston effort.
Jake Vorburger had a seven kills and hit .050. and setter Diego Villefane paced the Golden Eagles to .146 hitting percentage for the
match.
The Patriots notched a .325 attacking percentage in the win against the Golden Eagles. Hayden Wagner led the charge for the patriots with 15 points in the contest, on 12 kills.
