Frostburg, Md. – The Golden Eagles went against a very talented Frostburg State Bobcat squad on Saturday afternoon. Charleston was able to manage 11 shots on the day, but they were unable to get any to drop.

How it Happened
Despite Jordan Maynard's four saves, the Bobcats were able to find three goals in the match while the Golden Eagles struggled offensively with just two of their shots going towards the net.
Frostburg's first goal came in the 17
th minute as Toni Fiocco-Mizer played a well-played pass across the field to Carolyn DeSena who found the lower left corner of the net with her right foot to take the 1-0 advantage.
In the 27
th minute, a foul was called on Madison Hansen in the box and the Bobcats would have a chance from the penalty spot. Lela Clark blasted her shot to the right side of the net out of Maynard's reach putting Frostburg up comfortably at 2-0.
The last goal of the match came from Carly Gillette in the 64
th minute of play. The ball was sent in from the left wing across the Charleston defensive line and came to Gillette at the top of the box. With defenders swarming, she took a shot and found the final goal of the match for the 3-0 lead.
The Bobcats would add another win to their impressive record as they took this one 3-0.
