Charleston, W.Va– Men's and Women's Cross Country had a successful run at the Charleston Invitational with the women finishing in first place and the men finishing in second place behind Rio Grande. Juniors Jeanne Corroy and Aidan O'Leary also snagged Runner of the Week honors for their performance.
UC Women's Cross Country had three top five finishers. Corroy finished in first place with a time of 14:23.5, which is the second fastest 4k time in school history. Junior Lily Dowdell  finished just behind her with a time of 15:05, while Patricia Alonso Munoz finished in fourth place with a time of 15:33.1 behind Rio Grande's Amarissa Kerns. 
For the Men's 6k, O'Leary and Dennis McCheskey finished in the top five with O'Leary finishing in second place with a time of 18:52.0 and McCheskey finishing in fourth place with a time of 19:08.5.
