Nicolette Lospitalier and Allyssa Greaver would both receive yellow cards in the opening quarter and it would result in two goals for the Bees. Partridge would score her second of the game at the 3:08 mark but it would be match with Clarke Haas's goal with time winding down in the quarter, giving SCAD the 4-2 lead heading into the next quarter. Multiple goals would be scored in the second period, but the Bees found their rhythm as they would score six goals to extend upon their lead. Madison Partridge would find a pair of goals midway through the quarter, but not much offense would come from the Golden Eagles. They would fire off just four shots in the quarter, with Darby Stolz's finding the back of the net with a minute to go in the half. It would be the final score from either side in the half as SCAD took the 10-5 lead into half.
Madison Partridge would continue to lead the offense as she would find three more goals in the quarter. On the other end of the field, the Bees would match all of Partridge's goals, allowing for them to maintain their five-score lead over Charleston. SCAD would take a 13-8 lead into the fourth quarter. The defense of SCAD would disallow for any Charleston goals in the final quarter and they would extend their lead with four more goals. The Bees would out-earn Charleston 21-7 on the draw, making it difficult for the Golden Eagles to create any momentum on offense. SCAD would take the 17-8 victory over Charleston.
