Biography

Before Charleston: The 5’11 Defender was a two time First Team All-State selection in 2008 and 2009. A part of three West Virginia AAA State Championship teams, Higginbotham was a finalist for the Gatorade High School State Player of the Year award in 2009. He also was a member of the 2009 RVSC Rapids ’91 team that was West Virginia state champions in club soccer. Higginbotham adds depth to an already strong back line for the Golden Eagles defense.
