Meghan is a University of Charleston Lacrosse alumni in her second season as a volunteer assistant coach. During her UC lacrosse career, she was awarded Mountain East Conference Second Team defender in the 2022 spring season. Meghan ended her career in the spring of 2023 leading the Golden Eagles in caused turnovers with a total of 29, finishing 43rd in the NCAA Division II leaderboard for caused turnovers. While a member of the Golden Eagles lacrosse team, Meghan was pursuing a Doctor of Pharmacy degree. Meghan is currently in her fourth year of pharmacy school and will graduate in the spring of 2025.

Meghan is from Northport, New York and attended Northport High School. She previously attended Monmouth University in West Long Branch, New Jersey where she played four years of Division I lacrosse as a defender. Meghan received a bachelors in Biochemistry with a minor in Psychology prior to pursuing her Doctor of Pharmacy degree at the University of Charleston.
