Olivia Earls

Olivia Earls

Olivia Earls is entering her second season as the assistant coach for the Golden Eagles women's volleyball program. In 2018 she helped lead the team to a second place finish in the MEC tournament and an 18-17 record. 

Earls has three years experience coaching at the club level with the 16s and 17s, including two years as the head coach of the 17s for Roanoke United, based in Roanoke, Virginia. She helped coach Theden launch Vantage Volleyball club out of Charleston, W. Va. in 2018 where she served as the head coach for the 17s. 

Earls played volleyball at Roanoke College from 2014-2017. She was a four-year letter winner under head coach Blair Trail where she started as a defensive specialist and Libero. During her days as a Maroon, Roanoke College made four-straight ODAC tournament appearances. Earls graduated in December 2017 with a bachelor's degree in health and physical education. She is currently perusing her Masters' degree in Strategic Leadership at the University of Charleston. She is set to graduate in December 2019.Â
