GREENSBURG, Pa. - Freshman Janeen Vazquez and junior Amber Jarvis provided all the offensive firepower the UC softball team would need to take a 2-0 victory of WVIAC opponent Seton Hill, Saturday afternoon.

Golden Eagles starter Stefanie Rossman battled with the Griffins for the duration of the nine-inning contest holding SHU to just three hits.

The second contest was postponed after the fifth inning due to darkness with the score tied at 1-1, the game will be rescheduled to be played to its completion. The Golden Eagles scheduled contest on Sunday, March 28 has been cancelled due to scheduling conflicts with Slippery Rock's conference make-up dates.

The Golden Eagles will return to the diamond on Tuesday, March 30 as they faceoff for a 3:00 pm doubleheader against Rio Grande.
