Men's Tennis Continues to Roll

FAIRMONT, W.Va. -The University of Charleston men's tennis team continued its winning streak with a weekend victory over WVIAC opponent Fairmont State.

Charleston jumped out to a quick 3-0 lead after sweeping all three doubles matches.  Charleston clinched the match quickly with wins by Matt Hughes (#4) and Kyle Barrett (#6).  In a battle of former Capital High School players, Stevie Michael (Fairmont) defeated Andrew Jarrett 10-7 in a third set super breaker.  Fairmont won the first single position and Charleston won the third single position resulting in a final score of 7-2.
