GREENSBURG, Pa. - Senior Chantal Hebron (Lexington Park, MD / Thomas Stone) recorded 21 kills to lead the Golden Eagles volleyball team past conference opponent Seton Hill 3-1.

Charleston (7-6, 3-1) took the first game by a close margin of 28-26, but accumulated a .314 attack percentage in the second game to run away with a 25-14 to control the match with a 2-0 lead.

The Griffins (4-5, 3-2) took advantage of nine UC attack errors, while recording 13 kills to edge the Golden Eagles 27-25 in game three, but the comeback was not to be as Charleston dominated the final game 25-12 to seal the 3-1 victory.

Senior Emmalee Luther (Fort Pierce, FL / John Carroll) led Charleston with a .353 hitting percetage, while recording 14 kills and 12 digs. Classmate Katie Williams (Gettysburg, PA / Gettysburg) coordinated the UC attack with a season-high 52 assists.

UC returns to the court at home on Friday, October 1 for a 6:00 pm match against non-conference opponent Mountain State University.
