UC took its talons to the Mt. Lions with a 7-2 victory. To start the match, the Golden Eagles took all three doubles matches losing only four games at #1 seed. In singles, UC lost only two of the six matches to gain the decisive fifth point to clinch the match. UC’s win streak is pushed to three matches with one match remaining before the WVIAC Championship. Charleston will be ranked second for the tournament.
Man of the Match: Sam Humphrey took a 6-3, 6-0 victory in singles to go along with an 8-4 win at #1 doubles.
