Katherine Furlong and Clarissa Larry recorded double digit kills but were unable to power past Edinboro Friday night at the MEC/PSAC Crossover. Melissa Reyes dished out 33 assist and while also leading the team in digs with 24. The first game was a tight matchup, going 21-25 for Edinboro. In the second, UC responded to win 26-24. The Golden Eagles hoped to ride the momentum but were unable to score 20 points in the final two games. UC falls to 6-2 on the season with back to back loses.
