CHAMPIONSHIP CENTRAL
BRIDGEPORT, W.Va. -- The bracket for the 2014 Mountain East Conference men's tennis championship has been set. The championships will be played this Friday-Sunday at the Schoenbaum Tennis Courts in Charleston, W.Va.
The University of Charleston, which finished with a perfect 7-0 conference mark, is the top seed. The Golden Eagles are also ranked second in the first edition of the Atlantic Region rankings. West Virginia Wesleyan, which shows only a conference loss to UC, is the second seed. The Bobcats were third in the Atlantic Region rankings.
Shepherd finished third, followed by Concord, West Liberty, UVa-Wise, Fairmont State and West Virginia State.
