CHARLESTON, W.Va. – Charleston suffered their third consecutive loss Thursday evening, losing 68-85 to Notre Dame College at the Charleston Civic Center. The defeat takes UC to 11-10 overall and 8-7 in Mountain East Conference play.

The Falcons connected on 13 three-pointers, nine in the first half, and turned 18 Golden Eagle turnovers into 29 points in defeating Charleston. UC came out the gates slow, missing nine of their first 10 shots to fall behind big early allowing Notre Dame to control the game from the onset. The Golden Eagles trailed by 16, 31-47, at the half and watched the deficit grow to as many as 23 in the second half before eventually falling by the 17-point margin.

The Golden Eagles were led by Aleks Kesic's double-double with 14 points and 10 rebounds in the losing effort. Justin Coleman also turned in a double-double off the bench to score 11 points and pull down 10 boards.Â

UC returns to the court Saturday afternoon to host Urbana University at the Charleston Civic Center with tip-off set for 4:00 p.m.
